Digital Services — No Physical Shipping

BookSlate is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital scheduling, booking management, and AI-powered communication tools. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Service Delivery

Upon subscribing to a BookSlate plan:

• Access to the platform is provided immediately upon successful payment.
• Your account is activated instantly and you can begin using all features included in your plan.
• Login credentials and confirmation are sent to your registered email address.

Booking Services

BookSlate facilitates bookings between businesses and their customers. The actual services (e.g., salon appointments, spa treatments, consultations) are provided by the respective businesses, not by BookSlate. Any physical service delivery, including timing, location, and quality, is the sole responsibility of the business providing the service.

Digital Content

Any digital content generated through the Platform — such as invoices, booking confirmations, receipts, or analytics reports — is delivered electronically via email, WhatsApp, or through the Platform dashboard.
