When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Business Information

If you are a business owner using our platform, we collect your business name, address, services offered, pricing, staff information, and branding assets (logos, images).

Booking Information

When customers make bookings, we collect their name, email, phone number, and booking details (service, date, time, payment information).

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations and payment status from these providers.

Communication Data

If you connect WhatsApp Business, we process messages between your business and customers to provide AI-powered booking assistance. Message content is used only to facilitate bookings and is not sold to third parties.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information.

  • Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Stripe/Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), Google (calendar sync), and Anthropic (AI) to operate our platform.
  • Business-customer relationship: When a customer books with a business, the business receives the customer's booking details.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
